Japanese ginger is the only one of its kind that is very rustic: -18 to -20°C. It is recognizable by its bright yellow tubular flowers at the base of the plant. Floral buds, young shoots and rhizomes are edible, the Japanese love them! Easy to grow in the ground or in a pot. Sale in 3-litre pots, 40/50 cm in August.
