An uncommon Mexican palm with a slender trunk, shiny bluish palms with white undersides. -7 to -8°C (18/19°F). Available in 235-litre pots, 30/40-cm trunk, 1 m/1 m 20.
The south and west of Mexico, where it grows on dry mountain slopes between 1000 and 2000 metres high.

This quite unusual medium-height Braheahas a remarkable slender trunk with a beautiful crown of shiny green palms, with white undersides. It is the only Brahea that has nor armor on the petioles.
Place it in full sun, in a well-drained soil; it can also grow in partial shade (it grows under pines and oaks in its natural habitat).
