WARRANTY POLICY

We guarantee that the plants will be in good condition upon arrival; however, as we have no control over subsequent growing conditions—such as watering, sun exposure, or climate (which is becoming increasingly challenging)—we cannot offer any ongoing warranty for the plants.

If there is any issue upon receipt, please contact us immediately at contact @ alombredesfiguiers.com (please remove spaces), including photos.

Claims made at a later date cannot be accepted. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if a problem arises (Daniel at 06 86 79 93 48). As a point of reference, standard garden centers typically exclude Mediterranean plants, palms, agaves, etc., from their warranties.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Water regularly. 95% of issues arise from a lack of water.

Repot or plant your specimens soon after arrival, ensuring they are watered properly. Plastic containers are not suitable for the medium to long term.

Rainfall is often insufficient; remain vigilant even during wet weather.

Most plants do not tolerate constantly wet roots; plant them in pots with drainage holes or in well-drained locations (with the exception of banana plants, colocasias, etc.).
